The award for best terrace however, goes to none other than the Diner en Blanc (Dinner in White), a now famous event where thousands of people dress in white from head to toe for an evening and reclaim public spaces by setting up a beautiful giant dinner. Unfortunately, you will not make it this year in Paris, which occurred on June 12th and attracted 13 000 people to the Place des Invalides and every bridge on the Seine, but be ready for next year or you may attend an upcoming Diner en Blanc in one of the other forty locations across the globe ! |
