Bonjour from le Marais.

Easter is a very important celebration in French tradition, especially here in the former Royal quarter of Le Marais. Briefly, we'll show you the most noteworthy places in the 3rd and 4th districts of Le Marais to enjoy both chocolate Easter eggs and Easter cakes as well as the most beautiful places of worship dedicated to different religions.

Firstly, we are delighted to have a new luxury cake house in our neighbourhood: Café Pouchkine created by Andrey Dellos. This delicious venue is a must in terms of taste experiences of not only the Parisian but also the Russian capital. Dedicated to noble Russian and French cuisine, it is a mythical place recognised all over the world. Open just a few months ago, the Café Pouchkine on the Place des Vosges is a space dedicated to gastronomy where the elegant creations of pastry chef Damien Piscioneri are presented.

As a tribute to charm and to Russian elegance, pastries at Café Pouchkine are small treasures with soft Slavic overtones. Sophistication, elegance, the balance of flavours and textures are the keywords of these creations.

Other well-known fabulous addresses are Carette, also on the Place des Vosges, Mazet on the rue des Archives, and Dessance a new restaurant dedicated exclusively to desserts where you can have a complete meal composed of cakes and sweet pastries … Amazing and totally unique in Paris.

When it comes to churches and places of worship, you couldn't possibly spend a few days in Paris without visiting at Notre Dame Cathedral for at least 10 minutes and the other many beautiful places like Eglise Saint Gervais.
