Last Sunday, we were invited to Meet Monsieur Pierre Hermé for the grand opening of his new Marais shop in the rue Sainte Croix de Bretonnerie.

No need to say he is the master of the macaroons, and also a genius in creating ice creams to die for including the "glace à la pistache aux macarons pistache" (pistachio ice cream with pistachio macaroons).
