Assemblages

Assemblages is a wine bar created by the carpenter and furniture designer Eric Wilmot who wanted to combine the value of restoration with the value of craftsmanship: beauty and superior quality of products, reliability and respect for human work.

The wines of the winegrowers are perfectly matched with carefully selected local products and located in a warm decor that gives pride of place to noble materials such as solid wood, stone, metal and ceramics. A creative workshop is also at the heart of the restaurant.
